Authority: The Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 (FISMA), 44 U.S.C. § 3551 et seq.; The Computer Security Act of 1987, 15 U.S.C. § 278g–3; 5 U.S.C. § 4118; 5 C.F.R. § 930.301; Executive Order 9397, as amended by Executive Order 13478; NIST Special Publication 800-53, Security and Privacy Controls for Information Systems and Organizations; and OMB Circular No. A-130, Managing Information as a Strategic Resource.
Purpose: The data collected will be used to administer and enforce cybersecurity training requirements.
Routine Use: Information will not be disclosed outside of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
